Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MERN Full Stack Developer to join our fast-paced development team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. As an experienced developer, you’ll play a key role in application architecture, feature development, performance tuning, and mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to architecture and design decisions.
- Design and optimize RESTful APIs and data models in MongoDB.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries using React.
- Ensure cross-platform optimization and responsiveness of applications.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Mentor junior developers and support continuous improvement efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development using MERN.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including schema design and aggregation.
- Experience with Redux or similar state management libraries.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
- Understanding of deployment processes on cloud platforms like AWS, Heroku, or Vercel.
- Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
