Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment Assistance:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases.

• Help in screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and updating the recruitment database.

Employee Onboarding:

• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including document verification and induction scheduling.

• Help in preparing welcome kits and orientation materials for new hires.

HR Operations:

• Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR systems.

• Support HR team in maintaining employee attendance and leave records.

• Handle general HR queries and assist employees in resolving HR-related concerns.

Employee Engagement:

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

• Help in collecting feedback and conducting surveys to imp

Training and Development:

• Assist in coordinating training programs for employees.

Other HR Support Tasks:

• Assist with HR reporting and data analysis.

• Help in organizing and managing employee welfare initiatives.

• Support ad-hoc HR tasks as required.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
