In this role, you’ll support our mission to empower businesses in reaching their eCommerce potential. As the Manager, Customer Success, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-performing team, drive impactful initiatives, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers throughout their journey with SellersCommerce.
What You’ll Do:
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of Customer Success Associates, promoting a culture of growth, accountability, and customer dedication.
- Operational Management: Oversee the implementation of efficient, scalable processes to ensure proactive and consistent customer interactions.
- Customer Onboarding & Engagement: Supervise customer onboarding, adoption, and engagement programs to help customers realize the full potential of our platform.
- Customer Relationship Building: Foster lasting relationships by understanding customers’ unique needs and aligning our solutions with their goals.
- Data-Driven Improvements: Leverage data and customer insights to monitor customer health, identify potential issues, and develop proactive retention strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to align customer needs with business objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: 5+ years in customer success or a similar role, ideally in a SaaS environment, with a strong focus on customer management and operational processes.
- Team Management Skills: Demonstrated experience in managing or leading a team, fostering collaboration, and driving performance.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for building strong customer relationships and ensuring successful customer outcomes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to connect with customers and work cross-functionally.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to assess performance and shape strategies.
- Goal Orientation: A commitment to meeting and exceeding customer success metrics and supporting SellersCommerce’s growth.
