Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Client Servicing Executive to manage relationships with our clients, specifically in the affiliate and coupon space. This role will also involve handling key accounts, focusing on delivering excellent service, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience in managing client relationships and driving business growth in the digital marketing space.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships, focusing on affiliate and coupon platforms.

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their objectives are met.

· Develop, implement, and optimize strategies for client-specific campaigns to maximize ROI, focusing on key metrics like CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.

· Serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts, providing insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and client growth.

· Lead account planning and strategy, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding client services.

· Onboard new clients, setting up accounts, ensuring smooth transitions, and providing ongoing support for their campaigns.

· Analyze campaign performance data and generate reports, offering actionable insights to clients on improving their strategies.

· Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, and operations) to ensure campaigns are executed on time and according to client needs.

· Maintain high client satisfaction by proactively managing issues, anticipating needs, and delivering superior service.

· Prepare and present performance reports to clients, focusing on campaign results and opportunities for future growth.

· Oversee contract negotiations and renewals with key clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and foster continued collaboration.

· Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, managing budgets and resources to meet the objectives agreed upon with clients.

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role, ideally in the affiliate, coupon, or digital marketing space.

· Proven experience in managing key accounts and delivering successful client outcomes.

· Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and performance marketing, including coupon platforms.

· Experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as HasOffers, Impact, or CJ Affiliate.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to clients and internal teams.

· Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.

· Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

· Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.

· Proactive problem solver, capable of anticipating client needs and offering creative solutions.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in upselling and cross-selling services to key accounts.

· Familiarity with digital advertising models (CPC, CPA, CPM) and campaign optimization techniques.

· Knowledge of eCommerce trends, coupon marketing strategies, and customer behavior in India.

· Contract negotiation skills to manage renewals and ensure continued collaboration with key accounts.
