We are setting up a small, sharp AI Labs team under the Founder’s Office. The mission is simple and brutal: Track what’s emerging, prototype fast, kill fast, and scale what works.

The Mandate
You will work directly with the Founder and a core team to operationalize chaos.
Continuously scan the frontier You will live on the bleeding edge of Agents, multi-agent systems, and workflow automation. You will master vibe coding, AI-assisted development, and the newest LLM drops before the rest of the market wakes up.
Prototype aggressively We build Proof of Concepts in days, not quarters. You will glue tools together before they become platforms and turn half-baked abstract ideas into working demos by the end of the day.
Build and test AI agents From internal productivity swarms to business workflow automation and consumer-facing experiments. You will stress-test the limits of current models.
Decide fast You will help us determine what to double down on, what to pause, and what to kill ruthlessly.
Translate complexity You are the bridge. You will explain complex AI capabilities to non-tech leaders and convert vague business problems into solvable AI architectures.
Who This Role Is For
We do not care about degrees. We care about signals.
You have the badge You have worked at least once in an AI-first company, startup, or product lab. You have seen the speed, and you thrive in it.
You are a Vibe Coder You know that syntax is secondary to logic. You use Cursor, Replit, v0, and Windsurf to build faster than a human team. You are comfortable shipping with LLM APIs, Agents, and a mix of no-code and real code.
You are a 0 to 1 Builder You enjoy the messy start. You are not here to optimize a legacy system from 10 to 100. You are here to create something from nothing.
Tech or Non-Tech? Both. Whether you are an engineer, a hacker, a product thinker, or an operator who builds-if you can ship without waiting for permission, you belong here.
